239 students get BAFWWA stipend

Bangladesh Air Force Women’s Welfare  Association (BAFWWA) handed over stipend to 239 meritorious students for their outstanding performance in SSC, HSC, ‘O’ level and ‘A’ level examinations this year, BSS reports.
BAFWWA President Tasneem Esrar handed over the cheques of stipend among the brilliant students as the chief guest at Falcon Hall in the city’s Tejgaon area, an ISPR release said here today.
A total of 66 students for achieving golden GPA-5 in SSC and HSC   examinations, 170 students for achieving general GPA-5 in SSC and HSC   examinations and three students for achieving ‘A’ grade in ‘O’ level   examination got stipend from the BAFWWA.

All those students are the children of BAF members.   Vice-Presidents of Central BAFWWA, Spouses of senior BAF officers,  Directors of Air Headquarters, Principals of BAF Shaheen School and Colleges of Dhaka area and guardians of stipend recipients were present on the occasion.
