Business leaders of both Dutch-Bangla Chamber of Commerce(DBCCI) & Industry and Chittagong Chamber Of Commerce & Industry (CCCI) at a discussion expressed high expectation about establishing better trade relation between Bangladesh and Netharlands.
They also stressed the importance of both the apex business bodies to play a positive role in improving over-all trade growth as well as biltateral relation between the two countries.
Terming Netharlands as the gateway of Europe, CCCI president Mahbubul Alam opined that country’s business could expand throughout Europe via Netharlands as he called on DBCCI leaders to play a vital role in this regard. He also detailed them different aspects of country’s lone World Trade Center built by CCCI.
DBCCI president Md. Hasan Khaled invited his CCCI counterpart to lead a team to the 3-day Dutch-Bangla Expo-2016 to be held in Amsterdam on Apr14-16 as he sought his blessing to make the ‘expo’ a success.
Presided over CCCI president Mahbubul Alam, the discussion was addressed among others by CCCI directors including Zahirul Islam Chowdhury, Md. Ohid Siraj, Sarwar Hasan Jamil, Md. Zahedul Hoq and Md. Anwar Hossain of DBCCI, says a press release.
