A 23-YEAR-OLD model fell for a grey-haired actor 39 YEARS her senior and four years older than her dad – and says the sex “amazing, wonderful and fulfilling”, The Sun reports. Now they are giving sex advice for age-gap couples. Angela Di Pasquo asked 60-year-old Joe Leon out on a date a WEEK after meeting him on a film set.
They spent the weekend together, making love for the first time just days later. Actress Angela Di Pasquo candidly admitted that she was “inexperienced in the bedroom” at that point but claims sex was “amazing” from the start. The couple continued to make love frequently, despite Joe, now 62, being nearly FOUR decades older and having a 26-year-old son – three years older than her.
Angela, now 23, first noticed fellow actor Joe back in 2013, when he was playing a dashing FBI agent in Rescue Me, while she was playing a murder victim. She had to perform difficult stunts, which left her bruised, prompting Joe to “get stern” with production staff, asking them to put mats down for her.
The pair got chatting and Angela suggested they go for a meal in Port St Lucie, Florida, where they were both living. She said: “We had a meal and chatted. Then I suggested we go back to his because he told me he had a guitar. “I listened to him play for three hours.
“Finally I told him I wanted to be affectionate and we kissed.” The couple spent the weekend together. She said: “We just got on really well. I really liked him. I thought he was fun and interesting. “I’ve always liked older men, although Joe is the oldest I’ve dated.”
After a few weeks Angela told her parents, who are and 57 and 59 about the relationship. They took it in their stride and agreed to meet Joe ahead of a couple’s weekend away to Miami, Florida. “I thought if I was taking their daughter away I should get to know them,” he said.
“I wanted them to know I wasn’t weird, and that I really loved and respected her.” Joe he hit it off with his prospective father-in-law immediately. Both football fans, they bonded over their love of the sport. But they also spoke about Angela, with Mr Leon reassuring her father that he was serious about her.
Joe admits he was initially more concerned about starting an age gap relationship than she was. He said: “She was pursuing me. I was concerned. I felt I was too old for this young lady. “But she always said, ‘Let’s just take it as it goes’. “So that’s what we have done, and that’s what we will continue to do.”
He also said the couple have experienced differing reactions to their relationship. He recalled: “She was getting a pedicure once and the therapist said, ‘Your daughter has such long legs. “I said, ‘She’s not here.’ “Another time we were in a restaurant for Valentine’s Day and the maître de assumed an older woman stood 20ft behind us was my girlfriend.
“We’ve had a few dirty looks, but by-and-large people are positive.” The couple said they did not know if they would marry or have children, and took each day as it came. They have a YouTube channel where they offer love advice including on how to deal with ex-wives, children and marriage.
“We also discuss how to tell your family you are in an age-gap relationship,” he said. They have now launched a society for other age-gap couples called The May-December Society, with a website where similar couples can share stories and support each other.
Joe said: “We love each other – age is just a number. And we want to help other people too.”
