Prime Minister Narendra Modi with his Bangladeshi counterpart Sheikh Hasina and West Bengal chief minister Mamata Banerjee during the annual convocation of Visva Bharati University in Birbhum. Modi said he was sorry to know about the non-availability of drinking water in Santiniketan. Later during his speech Modi urged the students to turn 100 villages around the area self-sufficient to mark the central university’s centenary in 2021. ( PTI)
