WT24 Desk

A 23-storey wooden tower was knocked down by tropical winds in China. According to NDTV, the tower was still under construction in Kaili at China’s Guizhou province.

Footage of the stunning moment was captured on video as the tower leans to the left then topples entirely within seconds.

A storm warning had been issued by the weather bureau which was quoted to have predicted merely ‘slight’ damage to the structure.
