THIS is the shocking moment a female TV reporter is attacked live on air while reporting on the Brussels terror bombings from Molenbeek, The Sun reports.  Italian journalist Giovanna Pancheri was live on air when a hooded man assaulted her crew. Miss Pancheri backs away in fear as the yob tries to steal the camera.

The cameraman keeps filming as two more men join the attack.Ms Pancheri said: “There was a group of three trying to intimidate us who had nothing better to do.”We had already spoken to them explaining that we were filming a live news report and that I would be the only one on the screen.

“But while we were filming, one of them approached us, tried to swipe the camera and kicked the cameraman.” Brussels suburb Molenbeek, has come to be regarded as a jihadi hotspot, with links to both Paris and Belgium attacks.  Several high profile terrorists, including the man behind November’s deadly Paris attacks, Salah Abdeslam, lived the area.

It has become a major target during police raids. She added: “A group of gentleman who had helped us set up came over to apologise to us, saying that wasn’t Molenbeek.”
