CHEEKY Tesco staff are attempting to entice loved-up couples to add a little excitement to their Valentine’s Day romance, The Sun reports. In what could be the supermarket’s rudest marketing display to date, they’ve added a sign that reads “Ideal for Valentine’s” to their variety of spray creams.
For those not in the know, they’re referring to the act of eating cream from the bare flesh of one’s sexual partner. The comedy display was spotted by grocery shoppers Spencer William le Grys and Mark E Nudds when they popped to their local store and perused the dairy products.
Mark commented: “That’s a bit smutty for Tesco…” The pair posted the snap on Facebook, prompting scores of witty responses. Julie Lachtay wrote: “I have new found respect for Tesco. “Of course they could have just been suggesting dessert!”
While Adam Eastment added: “What about the chocolate sauce?” However, it provoked unpleasant memories for Luke Childs, who commented: “I once found a tube of Primula cream cheese in my parents’ bedroom.”
