Hijacked plane: Passengers leave Chattogram for Dubai

A total of 134 passengers of the Bangladesh Biman flight, which made emergency landing at Chattogram airport yesterday following an attempted hijacking, left the port city for Dubai this afternoon, Agencies report.

The aircraft of Biman Bangladesh Airlines carrying the passengers left the Shah AmanatInternational Airport of Chattogram around 12:15pm, ABM Sarwar E-Zaman, manager of the airport.

The airport operations are running smoothly today, he said adding that security has been beefed up there following the yesterday’s incident.
